The staff was accommodating and pleasant and delivered friendly service. They helped us get a shuttle to the casinos. The rooms were updated and fashionable on the upper floors and had all necessary facilities. It was very handy to have a microwave, coffee & tea makers and a fridge.

New-fashioned and impressive room, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Friendly check-in, parking onsite. Nice pool to relax in too.

The staff was friendly and the hotel is very new. The fitness room was well equipped with two steppers, three treadmills and weights. The room was almost perfectly clean. I would spend the night here again and again.

We stayed in studio on the upper floors.

Close to casino

They put smoke free rooms on a smoking floor. Floor 3, you have to walk past the smoking rooms to get to nonsmoking rooms,ccrazy stupid.

Booked "NO SMOKING" Room!!! At arrivals was not available, and we were overcharged, and cheated, by the reception !!! We are 20 + years supporters for Holiday's Inn. We do not deserve disreputable service !!!

The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable king bed and a separate sofa area. I especially appreciated the efficient layout with ample electrical outlets for my work needs. The shower had great water pressure, and the amenities such as a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker added to the convenience of my stay. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold options, and the hotel staff were consistently courteous and responsive.

Occasional noise disturbances from the hallway.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with two TVs, great for our family. The late-night swim in the clean pool was a highlight for our teenagers. Plus, the breakfast options were plentiful and delicious!

It would have been nice to have more coffee options.

Had an awesome stay! Breakfast was amazing with mini cheese omelets, and the room was super comfy with nice space for our family. We definitely plan to come back!

Loved the clean pool and the late-night swim options! The laundry room was super handy, and the spacious room fit our family perfectly.

Really good room and delicious breakfast.

I enjoyed my stay with my family, as the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for our short visit. However, the breakfast options could be improved, and it would have been helpful to know about the pool being out of service beforehand.

The room was spacious and well-kept. My king studio had a comfortable bed and a separate sofa area, perfect for lounging. The water pressure in the shower impressed me. It felt refreshing. The complimentary breakfast offered a decent variety, including hot options like eggs and sausage, alongside pastries and yogurt. The shuttle service to Mohegan Sun made everything so convenient. Staff interactions were positive. They were courteous and quick to assist with any questions. On the downside, I found a burn hole in the couch. It. It was a bit noisy due to hallway commotion.

Ideal spot for casino lovers

So, I stayed at this hotel, and man, let me tell ya. Just a quick five-minute drive to the casino, perfect for us. The room was huge! Cozy sofa, nice bed, and the convenient fridge meant we could keep some snacks handy for the evening.

The king suite was amazing, spacious, and the bed was super comfy! Perfect for our family trip-so close to the casino! Minor issue with a slow toilet, but overall, we loved our stay 😊
